Shirley Jacobson

2023 at Centra State Medical Center, Freehold. Born in Brooklyn, she resided there before

moving to Manalapan in 1995.

Shirley is survived by her daughter Ronnie Schwartz (husband Carl), her daughter Sherri

Berkowitz (husband Jeffrey), her grandson Mitchell Schwartz (wife Jennifer), her grandson Eric

Schwartz (wife Marlena), her granddaughter Taryn Yoelson (husband Ben), her granddaughter

Marissa Klapow (husband Brian), her granddaughter Jaime Berkowitz (fiancé Johnny Daniele),

her great granddaughter Adeline Schwartz, her great grandson Eli Schwartz, her great

grandson Mason Schwartz, her great granddaughter Francesca Schwartz, her great

granddaughter Layla Yoelson, and her great grandson Asher Yoelson.

Shirley was preceded in death by her husband Lee Jacobson and her brother Irving

Morgenstein.

A funeral service for Shirley will be held Wednesday, July 19, 2023 from 11:00 AM at Bloomfield

Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, NJ 07726. Interment to follow at

Mount Lebanon Cemetery, 189 Gill Lane, Iselin, NJ 08830.

Shiva will be held at the Berkowitz Residence, 30 Joseph St., Manalapan, NJ 07726. Shiva will begin on Wednesday after the funeral, Thursday and Friday 12pm-4pm & 6pm-9pm.
