Born on April 14, 1955 to Reginald "Sippy" Riley and Margaret "Peggy" (Griffiths) Riley, Linda was the oldest of seven children. A natural caregiver, her true passion was caring for her family and friends. Her devotion to those in her life was like a bottomless well: she always found more time, love, and compassion to share.
Linda's contagious laugh followed her everywhere, as she enjoyed many aspects of life. Linda loved the ocean, family picnics, shopping, car rides, playing cribbage, and cards. She also enjoyed listening to Motown, Bette Middle, and Diana Ross but what she loved most was spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Linda was extremely generous. She would give you her last dollar if you needed it, without judgement, with no expectation of repayment, even if she had to borrow it. She never cared what anyone thought and always stayed true to herself.
She taught us the true meaning of unconditional love and acceptance and her passing leaves a hole in all our hearts. We will miss you forever Mom.
Linda is survived by her longtime partner Arthur Mathieu, her son Robert Harris of Manchester, Jessica (Harris) Kotiga and her husband Denis of Franklin and her daughter Stephanie Roy, of Manchester. Her grandchildren Riley Harris, Kavan Harris, Jacob Thompson, Madeline Harris, Faith Thompson, Alexis Harris, Aiden Paradise & Joseph Paradise. Her great-grandchildren Liyannah and Morris. Her brothers & sisters Mary Myers and her husband Kevin of Deerfield, Reggie Riley of Deerfield, Ernie Croto and his wife Coleen of Northwood, Joellen Roy and her husband Peter of Raymond, Erin Vrindten of Highland Lakes, NJ and Miggy Sinclair and her husband Dan of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and last but certainly not least Courtney Mitchell of Manchester who is one of the many people Linda happily welcomed into her family over the years and who was loved like another grandchild.
