Neal R. Michaud

Neal was educated in the Manchester school system, graduating from Central High School, Class of 1970. He then went on to attend Whittemore School of Business at UNH graduating Class of 1975 with a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration. He was employed as a truck driver for PJ Murphy Transportation in Methuen, MA. Neal was an outdoorsman. He was an avid sports fan, his favorite teams being the Bruins, Red Sox and Patriots. He enjoyed fishing, animals, his daily walks, and spending time with his two dogs, Wags and Pandolina,

He is survived by two sons, Jesse and Scott Michaud both of Manchester; a brother, Gary Michaud and his wife Carolyn of Auburn; his companion of seven years, Debra Hayes of Manchester; an Aunt; two Uncles and many cousins.

Calling Hours will be held on Thursday, July 28, 2011 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at McHugh Funeral Home, 283 Hanover Street, corner of Beech St., Manchester, NH 03104. A Prayer Service will be celebrated in the Funeral Home at 7:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Manchester Animal Shelter, 490 Dunbarton Rd., Manchester, NH, 03105.
