Richard "Dick" Henry Desbiens

Born in Manchester on March 2, 1952, he was the son of Charles and Lillian (Sampson) Desbiens. He was a graduate of Manchester High School West and attended Trade School where he studied to be a mechanic. He last worked for a local Chrysler-Jaguar dealership as a Service underwriter. Dick was kind, caring and sincere. If you ever ran into him, you could forever expect a big smile and a kind greeting. He was a collector of coins and enjoyed woodworking and playing guitar. Dick’s passion was his family and friends, he enjoyed spending time with them. Above all else, he will be remembered as a devoted and loving brother, son, uncle, and friend. Family includes his Sister Violet Lacroix (Desbiens) numerous nieces; nephews; and cousins. He was preceded in death by His Father and Mother Charles and Lillian (Sampson) Desbiens. Stepmother Lucienne Desbiens. Stepsister Diane Gariepy, and Brother Robert Desbiens.

SERVICES: A visitation for Richard will be held Thursday, October 20th from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at McHugh Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 283 Hanover St., Manchester, NH 03104. Following the visitation will be a burial at 11:15 AM at Mount Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Road, Manchester NH.
