

Victor Badasarian, 92, of Goffstown passed away June 3, 2015 at Hillsborough County Home following a lengthy illness. He was born in Manchester on April 6, 1923, the son of M. and Lusian (Hamtan) Baghdalasian and lived in Manchester most of his life.
He was raised in Manchester and was educated in the local school system and graduated from West High School. He was a an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II.
Prior to his retirement in 2002, Victor was employed by the American Red Cross in the Manchester office for more than 50 years. He was married to Barbara (Madden) Badasarian who passed away in May 2013.
An avid fisherman, he traveled to New Brunswick, Canada to fish for salmon and enjoyed fly fishing locally. He and his family enjoyed their summer home in North Beach in Hampton NH. Victor loved spending time with his grandchildren and was a fixture at the Goffstown Little League when they played ball there. He was also a dedicated fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and the Boston Celtics.
He is survived by two sons, Peter H. Conn of Manchester and John Badasarian and his wife Lynda of Goffstown; four grandchildren, Garrett Conn, Conner Badasarian, Eric Badasarian and Charis Badasarian; brothers and sisters-in-law, Larry and Nancy Spenard and Jim and Judy Gillis; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife, he was pre deceased by a grandson, Brandon Conn, a daughter-in-law, Diane Conn and his brother, Joseph Badasarian.
A memorial reception was held on Wednesday, June 10th from 6 to 7 PM in the McHugh Funeral Home, followed by a ceremony at 7PM. Rev. Douglas Rickard officiated. His urn was encrypted in the NH Veterans Cemetery, Boscawen. Memorial donations may be made to the Manchester Animal Shelter, 490 Dunbarton Rd. Manchester NH 03102.
