Barbara Agnes Rossi

Barbara Agnes Rossi, 85, of Manchester, New Jersey passed away on October 24, 2022. Born on January 27, 1937 in Jersey City, New Jersey Barbara grew up in Bogota, New Jersey alongside her brother, Donald Brown. Barbara graduated from Berkeley Secretarial School in 1955 and quickly excelled in her career. Barbara gained her experience at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, Channing Mutual Corporation and Consumers as an Executive Assistant. She married her husband Anthony Rossi and together they had Jeffrey and Kathleen. The family resided in Edison, New Jersey until 2000 when Anthony and Barbara moved to Manchester, New Jersey.

Barbara was predeceased by her parents, Leo and Florence Brown, her brother Donald, her husband Anthony and her son Jeffrey. She is survived by her daughter Kathleen Wagner (Paul) and grandchildren Anthony Rossi, Stephanie Anderson (Christian), and John Wagner.

Barbara was known for her kind heart and playful personality. She enjoyed gardening, reading, and outings with family and friends. Barbara will be especially missed by her grandchildren, who considered her their biggest fan. Barbara spent countless hours cheering on and supporting her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.

A visitation of family and friends will be held on Sunday, October 30, at Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 3010 Ridgeway Road, Manchester, from 2:00PM-4:00PM and 6:00PM-8:00PM. A mass will be held on Monday, October 31 at 10:00 AM at St. John's Church in Lakehurst. Burial will follow at Hillside Cemetery in Scotch Plains.
