Charles Vernon Skillman, 88 of Manchester Twp., passed away at Community Medical Center, Toms River, NJ, on Thursday, January 6th, 2022. Charles was born on August 22nd, 1933, in Long Branch, NJ. He served with the United States Army and was retired from the United States Postal Service. After Hurricane Sandy, Charles moved to Leisure Village West.
Charles was predeceased by his parents Charles and Hilda.
A graveside service will be held at Glenwood Cemetery in Long Branch, NJ, on Tuesday, January 11th at 11:00 am. Condolences and tributes can be left for Charles' family on this website.
