Agnes McGregor

Mrs. McGregor was born February 22, 1920 in Ashland, Ohio and married Lewis J. McGregor on April 25, 1941 who preceded her in death on July 16, 2000. She retired from Therm-O-Disc in 1979 and was a lifetime member of the Amvets Auxiliary having served as president, VFW #9943 Auxiliary, American Legion Auxiliary and the Liederkranz.

She is survived by a son, Michael McGregor; a daughter, Barbara Philpott; three grandchildren, Dee Dee McGregor; Jeff Philpott and his wife Shelly and Greg Philpott; three great-grandchildren, Darcy and Trevor and Selena McGregor all of Mansfield; one brother, Raymond Clark; seven sisters, Rose Clark; Margaret Duffey; Christine Carver all of Ashland; Frances Knapp of New London; and Helen Skaggs, Donna Miller, Barbara Clever, all of Mansfield; several in-laws, nieces and nephews and many good friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis of 59 years, an infant daughter Anita Louise, her parents Martin and Frances Clark, sisters Ruth, Anna, and Mary Clark, Cathryn Dilgard, Betty Dove and one brother, Martin Clark Jr.

Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors on Thursday, August 24, 2000 from 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Friday August 25, 2000 at 10:30 a.m. conducted by Rev.
