Betty L. Neff, 78, of Mansfield died Saturday morning September 29, 2007 at Oak Grove Manor Nursing Home. Betty was born June 5, 1929 in Parkersburg, W.VA to Crowl & Sarah Moats Pratt, and has lived in the Mansfield area the past six years. Mrs. Neff was a member of the Nazarene church.
Surviving are her husband of 58 years, Gerald Neff, Sr.; three sons and daughter-in-laws, Gerald & Betty Neff, Jr. of North Carolina, David & Joan Neff of Ashland, Gary Neff of Mansfield; eight grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and one sister, Ruth Tucker of Belpre, OH.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Janet Sue Neff; three sisters, Ethel cline, Eva Wise, Lorena Sidwell; and one brother, Archie Pratt.
Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors Tuesday October 2, 2007 from 5-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home, conducted by Rev. Will Neff. Burial will be held at a later date.
