Beverly Baker

Beverly Jean Baker, 75, of Mansfield, died Saturday, August 20, 2005, at Med Central Mansfield. Beverly was born March 7, 1930 in Mansfield to Clifford & Evelyn Sherman Crosby. She had worked for Hi-Stat Manufacturing and was a member of the First Assembly of God Church.

She is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Madlyn & Bob Walker, Sandra & Patrick Goetz and Rochelle & Donald Reffel; two sons and daughters-in-law, Bert & Lorie Baker; Jack & Sue Baker; grandchildren and their spouses, Cyndi & Dan Zeiter and their children, Zane, Derek and Owen; Kimberly & Tom Blanton and their children, Krystal, Aaron and David; Brad Walker; Jamie & Roger Cooper and their son, Kalob; Jennifer, Matthew and Breanna Reffel; Adam & Sherry Baker and their children, Korwin & Christopher; Nicholas & Jenifer Baker; Scott & Evelyn Baker She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Henry Strickland; son, Richard Allen Baker; Brother, Alan Crosby; grandson, Michael Goetz and great granddaughter, Rachel Blanton.

Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors on Wednesday, August 24 from 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held Thursday at the funeral home at 11:00 a.m., conducted by Rev. Brent Salyers. Burial will follow in Mansfield Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made the American Cancer Society.
