
Billy Ray Prince, 20, of Mansfield, died unexpectedly Monday, November 27, 2006. Born June 26, 1986 in Mansfield, he was the son of Donald Ray Prince and Anna Marie Fogal Jacobs. He worked as an assisted manager at Pizza Hut on Ashland Road. Billy Ray was a member of the First Wesleyan Church where he was involved with the puppet ministry. He loved being outdoors.
He is survived by his mother and her husband, Anna Marie and Daniel Jacobs of Mansfield; father, Donald Ray Prince of Mansfield; maternal grandparents, Ruth Ann and Tom Myles of St. Augustine, Florida; one brother and sister-in-law, Paul David and Teri Prince of Lehigh Acres, Florida; one sister and brother-in-law, Ruth Ann and Eldin Mays of Shelby; fiancé, Alisha Carsey; nieces and nephews, Austin, Abby, Courtney, Jasmine, Haley, Michael, Gabriel, Kaleb, and Ayiana; aunts and uncles, Steve and Sandy Hardy, and Joe and Becky DeCicco; numerous cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by one sister, Rachel Marie Carr; paternal grandparents, Christine and Bill Prince; and five uncles, Claude Turk, Donald, Stanley, and Robert 'Buzz' Fogal, and Jim Jarrel.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday, November 30, 2006 at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home conducted by Pastor Keith E. Carlisle. Memorial contributions may be made to Alisha Carsey in care of the funeral home.
