Bonnie L. Butler, 61, of Mansfield, died Friday, December 23, 2016 at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital. Born December 16, 1955 in Mansfield, Ohio, she was the daughter of Vernon Lester and Nancy Jill (Bunn) Hamilton.
Bonnie attended Dean Road Freewill Baptist Church. She was a member of the Amvets #26 and enjoyed swimming but her greatest joy were her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Ed Butler; a daughter, Melody Elizabeth Conklin of Mansfield; a son, Israel Will Conklin of Mansfield; her father, Vernon L. Hamilton of Mansfield; two sisters, Becky Maloney of Naples, Florida and Teresa Bodenbach of Greenville, South Carolina; seven grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Nancy Hamilton in 2003.
Friends may call from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Thursday, December 29, 2016 at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 South Diamond Street, Mansfield. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 30, 2016 at Mansfield Cemetery.
