Bonnie E. Foster, 67, of Mansfield, died Friday, November 13, 2009 at MedCentral Hospital in Mansfield. Born June 12, 1942 in Portsmouth, VA, she was the daughter of Charles M. and Woodsie M. Kelly Harrington. She graduated in 1960 from Mansfield Senior High School. An area homemaker, she enjoyed cooking for her family and making the popular craft for the times, culminating in a three volume scrapbook for her mother-in-law, Nadine Holland.
She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Charles R. Foster; children, Kevin Judy Foster of Ashland, Derek Foster and Kellee Wiley, both of Mansfield; sister, S. Jean Ball of Mansfield; and mother-in-law, Nadine Holland. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Charles J. Foster, sister, Lila Lamb, and brother, Wesley Harrington.
No services will be held at this time. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association or the American Diabetes Association. Wappner Funeral Directors is privileged to serve the Foster Family.
