Brenda L. Williams

Brenda Williams, 54, of Mansfield, passed away Thursday, October 5, 2017, at her home after battling years of on and off illness. She was born March 16, 1963, in Mount Vernon, Ohio to Thelma J. (Frost) Grubaugh and Kenneth P. Grubaugh.

Brenda was a feisty but loving wife, mother and, most importantly, grandmother. More than anything, she loved spending time with her grandchildren, Nathan, Aiden and Ava. If she wasn’t spending time with them, she was on the phone talking to them or checking on them. Brenda had many special friends at the Mansfield Police Department, including Sergeant Brain and Officer Grimshaw, just to name a couple. She never passed up the opportunity to share a laugh or two with them.

Brenda leaves behind her husband, Danny Williams; two daughters, Brandi and Jessica; sons-in-law, Stephan and Luke; her mother, Thelma Grubaugh; two sisters, Rebecca and Kenda; brother, Kenny; and four nieces and three nephews. She is joined in death by her son, Henry; and father, Kenneth.

The family will be observing a small, private service and wishes to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers. Wappner Cremation Center is privileged to serve the family.
