Bubbie “Don” Stallard, 93, of Mansfield peacefully passed away on September 21, 2025, at Crystal Care Center in Mansfield. Born in Dickenson County, Virginia on April 19, 1932, he was the youngest of 12 siblings to the late Hughey F. and Lula A. (Adkins) Stallard.
He moved to Mansfield in the 1950s serving several different churches, eventually retiring from Gorman Rupp. A very avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting. He came to Christ in the early 1950s and was a minister for the Word of God until his last day.
Don is survived by his wife, Ilda Mae (Boggs) Stallard; children, Don Allen (Lisa) Stallard, Sandra (James) Speck, and Gary (Kim) Stallard; five grandsons; and ten great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Don was preceded in death by one grandson; three sisters; and eight brothers.
Family and friends are invited to visitation on Friday, September 26, 2025, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the Gospel Assembly Church, 1100 S. Trimble Rd., Mansfield, OH 44906. The funeral service will follow with Pastor Daniel R. Baer and Pastor Steven Chappell officiating. Don will be laid to rest at Mansfield Memorial Park.
