Charlotte Zeigler Reed, 87, of Mansfield died Friday, June 07, 2002 at her home after an extended illness. Mrs. Reed was born April 18, 1915 in Shiloh, Ohio to Lee B. and Thelma Enzor Zeigler. She was an area resident most of her life and enjoyed gardening and collecting flea market items.
She is survived by a son, Robert A. Reed of Mansfield; a daughter, Maxine L. Sipe of Mansfield; a brother and sister-in-law, Gerald L. and Paula F. Zeigler of Attica, Ohio; three grandchildren and their spouses, Terry Reed of Edonton, North Carolina, Tina and Kenneth McIntyre II of New Middletown, Ohio and Ray and Valerie Reed of Poland, Ohio; six great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence A. Reed in 1987; son, Dale L. Reed; brother, Lee Zeigler, Jr.; and sister, Dorma Zeigler.
Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, Tuesday, June 11 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Private family burial will take place in Mansfield Memorial Park.
