He is survived by his parents, Michael and Mindy Goad, Jr. of Mansfield; two brothers, Joey and Austin Sablan, at home; sister, Caitlin Goad, at home; maternal grandparents, Dave and Brenda Roush of Mansfield; paternal grandparents, Robert and Linda Johnston of Mansfield; maternal grandfather, Tom Diane Lyall Davis of Tennessee; paternal grandparents, Michael and Trina Goad, Sr. of Ft. Myers, Florida; maternal great-grandparents, Pat and Dariol Hess of Mansfield; three paternal great-grandparents, Hazel Elliott, Lois Kiner, both of Mansfield, and Shirley Johnston; maternal great-grandparents, Lloyd and June Davis of Mansfield; aunts, Nicole Darrin Spreng Wise, Linda Barry Beugly, all of Mansfield, Missy Brad Ervin of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Krystal Jones of Ft. Myers, Florida; one uncle, Schon Johnston of Bucyrus; numerous cousins, great aunts, and great uncles. He was preceded in death by maternal great uncle, Rick Hess; paternal great-grandfathers, Ovellon Elliott, George Goad, and Robert Johnston, Sr., paternal great-grandmothers, Mary Alice Johnston, and Eula Goad; paternal uncle, Rev. Robert Michael Wente; cousin, Travis Bristow; and sister, Cassity Gail Goad.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. November 11, 2005 at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors conducted by Pastor Mark Patterson. Friends may call one hour prior to the funeral service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Mansfield Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made in care of the family.
