Dallas E. Wagner, 93, was born May 12, 1924 in Cambridge Ohio to Stacy and Nellie Wagner. Dallas died on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 after a brief illness. He is survived by his loving wife, Kitty Wagner; a brother, Jack; his children, Brenda Sloan (Dr. Randall), Kathe Wagner McGinnis (Gerald), and Diedre Hutchinson; step children, Stuart Pressey (Belinda), Allegra Andersen (Roger) and Chris Pressey (Beverly) and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Dallas was a veteran of WWII and served in France. He built and ran Ontario Lanes for 15 years. He was a contractor and home builder in Shelby, Ontario and Mansfield. Dallas enjoyed the RV life for many years traveling the US and Florida. He also had a passion for blue birds.
Friends may call from 9:30-11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lexington-Springmill Rd. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Mansfield Memorial Park.
