Deborah "Debbie" L. Moore, 70, of Mansfield, passed away Friday, January 7, 2022 following a long illness. Debbie was born November 26, 1951 to the late Paul Eddie Carter and the late Wanda Lee Harper in Ironton, Ohio.
Debbie loved spending time with her family, especially her sister, Kim, going to the stores together. She enjoyed crafting.
Debbie is survived by two daughters, Missy (Chris) Mosier and Sandy (Jack) Young both of Grayson, Kentucky; five granddaughters; four great grandchildren; four sisters, Kim Robinson of Mansfield, Dotty Carter of Galion, Teresa Tyler of Mansfield and Terri (Earl Miller) Harper of Mansfield; two brothers, Ralph (Patty) Castle of Galion and Jerry (Janet Cole) Harper of Mansfield; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her step father, Willard Harper; one sister, Diana Carter; and four brothers, Kevin Carter, Donald Castle, Brian Castle and Gary Harper.
A Gathering for family and friends will be held Wednesday, January 19, 2022 from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. at the Wappner Cremation Center, 1327 Ashland Road, Mansfield, 44905.
