
Dorothea Smarr Waggle, 70, of Mansfield died at home Wednesday evening, June 4, 2003. Mrs. Waggle was born September 2, 1932 in Ritchie County, West Virginia living in the Mansfield area since 1956. She retired from Hartman Electric after 25 years and was a member of Springmill Church of God.
She is survived by her husband, Everett W. Waggle of Mansfield; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Dallas E. & Linda Waggle of Martinsburg, West Virginia and David E. Waggle of Mansfield; a daughter and son-in-law, Beverly J. & Earl G. Snyder of Lucas; three grandchildren, Tracey Grillo and her husband, Tim, Jonah Waggle and Michael Waggle; three great-grandchildren, Joshua Grillo, Caitlyn Grillo and Carissa Grillo; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Jack & Nancy Smarr and Floyd 'Junior' & Sarah Smarr, all of West Union, West Virginia, Delmas & Debbie Smarr of Mansfield and Steve & Theresa Smarr of Charleston, West Virginia; three sisters and a brother-in-law, Opal & Paul Coffman of Oldtown, Maryland, Juanita Nutter of Mansfield and Sharon Walker and friend, Ronnie Burns, also of Mansfield; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd P. & Claire Sinnett Smarr; a son, William Waggle; a granddaughter, Tricia Renee Snyder; a brother, Bradford Smarr; and a sister, Willadine Smarr.
Friends may call at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors Friday from 6-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at Springmill Church of God conducted by Dr. Bruce A. Philippi and Rev. Dallas E. Waggle. Burial will follow in Windsor Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to MedCentral Hospice or Springmill Church of God.
