
Edna E. Robinson, 63, of Mansfield, died Wednesday, December 22, 2004 at MedCentral Mansfield Hospital. She was born June 5, 1941, in Panama City, Panama, to Ernest Sr. and Adriana Rivera Nicholson. Edna taught Spanish at Discovery School, Ashland University, and most recently, at St. Peter's Catholic High School for 11 years. She was a member of the National Honor Society and graduated from Ashland University with a Masters degree in secondary education. She was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church.
She is survived by her husband, Gary Robinson, whom she married May 27, 1967; two sons, Gary Robinson II of Mansfield and Ronald Robinson of Crestline; a daughter, Adriana Robinson of Cincinnati; mother, Adriana Nicholson of Miami, Florida; two brothers, Ernest Nicholson Jr. II of Panama and Virgil Nicholson of Miami; three sisters, Blanca Boyd of Miami, Diane Stewart of Decatur, Alabama, and Gloria Nicholson of Panama; one aunt and several uncles; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Ernest Nicholson, Sr. and father-in-law, Thomas Robinson, Jr.
Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, Monday, December 27 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Peter's Catholic Church, conducted by Father Michael Zacharias. Burial will follow in Mansfield Catholic Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in care of the family.
