Eugene George Kling, 74, of Mansfield, died Thursday, June 15, 2006, at Crystal Care Nursing Home. Born August 4, 1931, in Mansfield, he was the son of George Frederick and Alverda Hoffman Kling. Mr. Kling retired from Ohio Brass Company.
He is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Eugene Edward Kling of Mansfield and Bryan Patrick and Melissa Kling of Ashland; three grandsons, Nathan Edward Kling, Nickolas Tyler Kling, Bryan Patrick Kling II; a granddaughter, Justenne Annette Kling; lifelong friend, Connie Chapman of Ironton; and sister-in-law, Joan Ann Evans of Mansfield. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, June 17, 2006 at 4:00 p.m. at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, conducted by Pastor Ted Risner. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
