I am so sorry to hear of Harps passing away. You know that if there is a pony farm in heaven he will be there giving advice and tips. What a great man. I have so many fond memories of him. 

From the county fairs to the POA shows. He was such an awesome advocate for the POA breed.  Several years ago I ran into a classmate of mine at the Richland County Fair. He was proudly watching his daughter working her POA in the practice ring. As we were talking and getting caught up, he said to me. "A man by the name of Harper Krupp introduced us to POA ponies". I had to laugh and replied. "Harper Krupp has intorduced many many people to POA ponies". 

I know that the days and weeks ahead will be difficult, and my prayers will be with you all.

What a great man he was. I have many fond memories of him, from county fairs to the POA shows.

So many good memories of Harper and his ponies! I met Harp in Iowa about 1974 0r 75'. We were friends through the years, with the Columbus, Ohio Intl. Show being especially memorable. He was a dedicated, loyal, and ethical man. I admired him greatly. God rest his soul. My condolences to his family.

Several years ago I ran into a classmate of mine from high shcool at Richland County Fair, he was so excited showing me his daughter proudly riding in the parctice ring (a POA), as we visited he commented to me. "A man by the name of Harper Krupp introduced us to the POA breed". I had to laugh and say to him "Harper Krupp Introduced many, many people to the POA breed.

I remember so many county fairs Richland and Crawford, and so may POA shows as well. I even remember going to the big pasture on 314 and catching whatever we could to go the the fairs. What fun times.

I know the days ahead will be difficult and trying, however please remember that you are all in my prayers. And know that he touched so so many lives in a great and positive way.

We would like to  offer our most  sincere sympathy to the family of our good friend, Harper.  We have known Harper for in excess of 50 years.  HE  never missed a POA  Int'l Sale when they were held at Mason City,  IA  (the birthplace of the POA breed).  Harper was a laugh a minute.   We had a ton of fun with him over these many years,  Harper's dad, Joe, used to come to the POA sales with Harp and his buddies..  They were the last of the good guys. My condolences go out to the family and friends of Harper during this difficult time. He was a special man. He raised some great POAs in his day. Mentor to many.

Sorry for the loss of Harp.  We remember many happy times.  Our dad and Harp also had good times going around the country showing ponies.  Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I remember fondly going to the county fairs with everyone so Harp could show his ponies.  He always had a smile on his face and a great sense of humor.

I share your pain.  It's like nothing ever experienced before, but in time you will take great comfort in the type of man, husband and father your dad was.  Your memories never die.  They just grow stronger as you remember the values he instilled in you.

May God give you the strength you will need in the upcoming days and the comfort you will need afterwards.  My family sends their love to all.
