
Helen J. Ramsier, 75, of Jeromesville, Ohio died Wednesday morning, September 18, 2002 at MedCentral Mansfield Hospital after an extended illness. Mrs. Ramsier was born November 4, 1926 in Alto, Michigan and was a Jeromesville resident most of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of the Apostolic Christian Church on Illinois Avenue.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Wallace W. Ramsier; ten children and their spouses, Karen and Pete Baltic, Darlene and Larry Enderle and Jolene Ramsier of Jeromesville, Debra and Don Jones of Ashland, Ohio, Carol and Lonnie Browne of Bellville, Ohio, Cliff and Lynn Ramsier of Milan, Ohio, Todd and Stephanie Ramsier of Columbus, Ohio, Jeff and Cheri Ramsier of Iuka, Illinois, Brenda and Wayne Herrmann of Princeville, Illinois, and Joyce and Milan Germaine of Detroit, Michigan; twenty-four grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; one brother and sister-in-law, Elmer & Doris Oesch of Crestline, Ohio; four sisters, Anna Farney of Wichita, Kansas, Edith Mayer of Indianapolis, Indiana, Emilie Went of Shelby, Ohio, and Martha Oesch of Shelby, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents, Karl and Tillie Fuhrer Oesch; daughter, Marcia Kay Ramsier; son Brad Allen Ramsier; three brothers, Ben, John and Bob Oesch; and a sister, Rose Munson.
Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, Friday, September 20, from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m., with additional calling hours from 9:30 a.m. until time of service, at the Apostolic Christian Church, Steiner Road in Rittman, Ohio, conducted by the Apostolic Christian Church clergy. Burial will follow in Apostolic Christian Cemetery in Rittman.
