Although Jacob's life was short he made an impression on everyone he met from the time he was a little boy. Jacob had a "CAN DO" attitude, a wonderful sense of humor and chivalry that rivaled any prince.
He was diagnosed with a brain tumor in March of 2007. He never asked "why me", instead he used the opportunity to inspire everyone he came in contact with. He made an impact all over the world. He had fans as far away as Australia and many here close to home in Lexington, Ohio.
He was a student at Lexington Eastern Elementary and had many friends. He was honored last year as the Lexington High School Prom Prince. He loved music, movies, 4 wheelers, The Ohio State University Football and most of all he loved his family and friends. He never met a person he didn't like or couldn't charm.
Jacob will be missed by all of his family and friends. Although he is no longer on this Earth, he will live on in each of us.
He is survived by his parents, Christine and Wes Bradley of Mansfield; sister; Alexis, brothers; Noah and Lucas; maternal grandparents, Betty and Cris Williams of Mansfield; paternal grandparents, Althea and Leeon Dean of Olive Hill, Kentucky; maternal great-grandmothers, Emma Roberts and Mary Welch; paternal great-grandmother, Janice Bradley and Doreen Dean; aunts and uncles, Dan and Kaylin Williams of Mansfield, Kevin LaPene of Mansfield, Heather MacKenzie of Hilliard, Ohio, Janetta Houser of Mansfield, Felicia Garvin and Estelle Smith of Kentucky; and numerous great aunts, uncles and cousins. Jacob had more than just a biological family. We want to take this opportunity to recognize his family at Akron Children's Hospital, Dr. Bartkowski, Dr. Kuerbitz, and Dr. Laura, and his very special nurses, Renee, Carrie, Courtney, Providence and Margeaux. We also want to recognize his numerous friends, classmates and teachers. He was preceded in death by his aunt Teresa LaPene.
