Jason graduated from Northmor High School and received an Associates Degree from NC State. He was working for Staff Management (PGW). He enjoyed hunting, fishing and golfing but his greatest joy was spending time with his daughter.
He is survived by a daughter, Avery Jordon Lutz; his mother, Maxine (David) Ramsey of Shelby; his father, James Lutz of Bucyrus; a sister, Barbara (Paul) Patton; a brother, Jeff Lutz; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Ben Ramsey.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Olentangy Cemetery (outside of Galion) off of State Route 19 on Shearer Road at 3:30 p.m.
