Born August 25, 1960, she is the daughter to Lee R. Tanner and Sylvia L. (Ricketts) Karbula. Also step daughter to Phillis Tanner.
Karen is mother to Brandi Berggren and Berlin Fischer and grandmother to four beautiful grandsons two belonging to Brandi and two belonging to Berlin.
Karen is sister of Duane, Dottie, Terry, Tina, Frank, Shellie and Shane who love and miss her so much. She had many nieces and nephews who love her.
She is also survived by her fiance, Gary Motzko of Mansfield, Ohio. They were to be married January 18, 2016.
She will be loved and missed by all her family and friends.
Karen has told her family many times in the past when the Lord takes her, she will wait by the river for her loved ones!
May God keep her close to Him, and have mercy on us all!
A burial of cremated remains will be held at a later date. Wappner Cremation Center is privileged to serve the family.
