Kay S. Penney, 53, of Mansfield, died Monday, December 13, 2004, at MedCentral Mansfield Hospital. Born October 29, 1951, in Virginia Beach, Virginia, she is now sitting on the beach with her one love, Dave, watching over all of us. Kay was previously employed at Sarca Manufacturing. A beloved mother, grandmother, sister and aunt, she loved to spend time with her family and go tanning. She loved us all and will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Kay and John Witwer; two grandchildren, Lonnie William and Samantha Kay; sisters, Leota, Fran and Charlotte; nieces, Deborah, Ashley, Robin and Bonnie; nephews, Shane, E.J. and Danny; good friend, Sandra Duffey; and many other good friends she considered her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dave Penney and her parents, Leo and Sadie Hill Bojack.
