Linda Higgins

Linda Kae Higgins, 47, of Mansfield died unexpectedly early Wednesday morning, December 11, 2002 a MedCentral Mansfield Hospital. Mrs. Higgins was born April 23, 1955 in Morehead, Kentucky to John and Inez Henderson Hall. She was employed with Rainbow Publishing and was an area resident most of her life. Linda grew up in the Dean Road Freewill Baptist Church and enjoyed music and reading books.

She is survived by her husband, Larry T. Higgins; a daughter, Melissa Kaye Reedy of Mansfield; two sons and daughters-in-law, Raymond R. III and Lynde Reedy and Jeffrey D. and Mandy Reedy, all of Mansfield; four grandchildren, Mikel, Raymond IV, Hunter John and Samara; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Ron and Cindy Hall and Rick Hall, all of Mansfield; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; and many good friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors Friday, December 13 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Dean Road Freewill Baptist Church Saturday at 10:30 a.m., conducted by Pastor Virgil Masters. Burial will follow in Mansfield Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to Dean Road Freewill Baptist Church.
