

Louis C. Hall, Sr. 66, of Mansfield died early Tuesday morning, August 7, 2001 at MedCentral Mansfield Hospital. He was born May 29, 1935 in Covington, Tennessee. He had worked for Volkswagen of Mansfield as a mechanic for several years. He attended Mt. Calvary Baptist Church. Special thanks to his softball team who referred to him as 'Boss Hogg'.
He is survived by his loving friend Bernice Jackson of Mansfield; three sons, Johnny R. Anderson, Dwayne Anderson and Louis C. Hall, Jr. all of Mansfield; three daughters, Cynthia Hall, Kimmely D. Hall, and Patricia Hall all of Mansfield; twenty-five grandchildren; three brothers, Erbatine Hall of Tennessee, Johnny Hall of Chicago, Illinois, and David Hall of Tennessee; and two special friends, Buckingham Willie and Charles Stokes. His wife, Sarah Gardner Hall in 1990, his parents, and a number of brothers and one sister preceded him in death.
Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors one hour prior to services to be held Saturday, August 11 at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Mansfield Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made in care of the family.
