
Lucille Tuttle Williams, 74, of Mansfield died Tuesday morning, October 22, 2002 at her home after an extended illness. Mrs. Williams was born March 6, 1928 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, was raised and married in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and was an area resident the past 41 years. Lucille loved life and sharing time with her many friends and family. She was an active person who enjoyed skiing, swimming, golfing, and playing bridge. She attended St. Peter's Catholic Church and volunteered at MedCentral Mansfield Hospital. Lucille was a loving mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her children, their spouses and grandchildren: Paul Jan Williams and Melanie of Lorain, Ohio, Tracy Doug Sheffield and Kristen and Megan of Dublin, Ohio, Brad Williams and Brad, Jr. and Heather of Columbus, Ohio, Jeff Dawn Williams and Zack and Hannah of Mansfield, Meg Randy Hall and Lauren Courtney and Jacob of Hilliard, Ohio, Amy Polovick and Patrick, Marcus and Katy of Columbus; a brother and sister-in-law, Gordon and Dolly Tuttle of Atlanta, Georgia; numerous nieces and nephews; and many loving members of the Tuttle and Williams family. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul Francis Williams on November 18, 2000; and two sisters, Janet and Jackie.
Friends may call at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, Friday, October 25 from 4:30-7:30 p.m. Funeral services will be held Saturday at St. Peter's Catholic Church at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Mansfield Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to North Central Ohio Hospice or American Cancer Society.
