
Marilyn J. Weber, 81, of Mansfield, died Tuesday, August 14, 2007, at Mifflin Care Center. She was born August 6, 1926 in Sidney to Willis and Pearl Campbell Taylor. Marilyn was employed by United Telephone and was a member of the Friends of the Library. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. A wonderful dancer, singer and artist, she earned her art degree from The Ohio State University and also earned an accounting degree at Mansfield Business College. Marilyn will always be remembered for her laughter and as a mother who made many sacrifices throughout her life.
Survivors include a son, Gregory Jackson of Georgia; a daughter, Nancy Weber of Mansfield; three grandchildren, Sydney Noel of Findlay, Rachel Jackson of Seattle, WA, and Stephanie Jackson of Columbus; three great-grandchildren, Courtney, Kyle and Gaia; and two brothers, William Taylor and Richard Taylor, both of Arizona.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 18 at 11:00 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Burial will be in Nashville. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in care of the family. Wappner Funeral Directors assisted the family with arrangements.
