Mark Stewart

Mark Charles Stewart, 51, of Mansfield, died Wednesday, August 12, 2009, at MedCentral Mansfield. Born April 20, 1958, in Mansfield, he was the son of Noah and Helen "Dolly" Boyle Stewart. A 1976 graduate of Madison High School, Mark had been employed at Therm-O-Disc for over 17 years and had done sound and lighting for various bands in the area thru Paragon Productions. He was a member of the Ohio Military reserves and enjoyed drag racing in his earlier years in Sandusky. A hard worker, Mark was very dependable and always there when you needed him.

Surviving are his father, Noah Stewart; a son, Mitchell Stewart Diane Jeffries of Columbus; a daughter, Meghan Stewart of Mansfield; his former wife, Patricia; and a host of nieces, nephews and very good friends. He was preceded in death by his mother.

Friends may call from 1-4 p.m. Sunday, August 16, 2009, at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond Street, Mansfield, OH 44902. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, August 17, 2009, at the funeral home conducted by Pastor Aaron Rose. Burial will follow in Mansfield Memorial Park.
