Martha Rachel

Martha F. Grabosky Rachel, 100, of Mansfield, died early Saturday morning, April 16, 2005, at the home of her son. Born May 3, 1904, in Mansfield, she was the daughter of Ferd W. and Minnie Smith Grabosky. Martha retired from the dental office of Dr. James Acomb. She was a charter member of First Alliance Church and also a member of Christian Women's Club.

She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth P. and Linda Rachel of Mansfield; two grandchildren and their spouses, Jeffrey P. and Michelle Rachel and Michelle and Michael Lewis, all of Findlay; and four great-grandchildren, Aaron and Jarett Lewis, Abby and Kayla Rachel. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Leo Rachel in December 1989, and two brothers, Robert O. and Walter Grabosky.

Friends may call at the Diamond Street home of Wappner Funeral Directors, Monday, April 18, from 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at First Alliance Church, officiated by Rev. James Cheatham. Burial will follow in Mansfield Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Great Commission Fund of First Alliance Church, 291 W. Cook Rd., Mansfield, Ohio 44907.
