Mary Kay Griffiths, 63, of 231 Brookwood Way died Wednesday morning September 22, 1999 at Winchester Terrace Nursing Home after an extended illness. Ms. Griffiths was born January 21, 1936 in Union County, Ohio living in the Mansfield area the past two years. She was a retired bookkeeper. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Connie Knapp & Ken Cornell of Mansfield; three sons, Randy Mannasmith of Altoona, Florida, Rickey Mannasmith of Marion, Ohio and Donald G. Laughrey of Florida; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Phyllis Rollings, of Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents, David R. & Mabel Irene Beaver Griffiths; and a son, Curtis Laughrey. There will be no calling hours or services at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society.
