
Mary K. Huntley, 75, of Auburndale, Florida died Wednesday morning October 10, 2001 at Lakeland Regional Hospital in Lakeland, Florida. Mrs. Huntley was born December 16, 1925 in Harris, Missouri residing in the Mansfield area before moving to Florida six years ago. She was a life member of the Amvets Auxiliary Post #26. Mary was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother and companion. She was a 'BIG' Cleveland Indians Fan.
Surviving are two daughters and one son-in-law, Marjorie Carver of Quincy, Kentucky; and Michelle L. and Billy Jourdan of Mansfield; two sons and one daughter-in-law, James Howe of Mansfield; and John and Patty Howe of Mansfield; one step-son, Robert Huntley of Mansfield; seventeen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; her companion, Richard Meister of Florida and his children, Robert and Suzanne Meister of Mansfield and Jayne and Ron Bay of Dayton, Ohio; and two sisters, Wilma Fink of Tumacacori, Arizona; and Ann Taylor of Chillicothe, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Edith Klein; her husband, Marion Huntley; one brother, Edwin Klein; one grandchild; and one great-grandchild.
Friends may call at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors on Friday October 12, 2001 from 6-9 p.m. and one hour prior to funeral services which will be held on Saturday October 13, 2001 at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home conducted by the Dr. Wray C. Smith and Rev. Jason Allison. Burial will be in Mansfield Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Red Cross for disaster relief.
