Mary H. Mace, 82 of Galion, died Thursday, November 9, 2006 at Village Care Center, Galion. Born April 22, 1924 in Crestline, she was the daughter of George F. and Mary A. Cook Fisher. She retired from Therm-O-Disc. Mrs. Mace was active in the Salvation Army and a member of the Salvation Army Church.
She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Clifford S. and Kimberly Mace, and James A. Kamela Rea Mace; three granddaughters; and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Jefferson Edward Mace; four sisters, Margaret Middleton, Martha Cole, Grace Varnes, and Annabelle Williams; and five brothers, Paul, Ray, Gene, Ronald, and Walter Fisher.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, November 14, 2006 at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors. Friends may also call one hour prior to the 2:30 p.m. funeral service at the funeral home conducted by Pastor Don Trigg. Burial will follow in Crawford County Memory Gardens.
