Jo retired from the Bureau of Worker's Compensation after 20 years of service. Prior to that, she had worked as a LPN as she enjoyed caring for other people. Jo was a very simple and thoughtful person who enjoyed traveling, lunches on the water, motorcycle rides, cooking and flower gardening. She loved giving to others and her grandchildren were her pride and joy.
She is survived by three children, Jeremy (Lisa) Miller, Jodi (Aaron) Trumpower and Josh (Sara) Miller; nine grandchildren; one great grandchild; her best friend, Ken Derr; two brothers, Mike (Kathy) Duffey and Steve Duffey; one nephew; two nieces; one great niece; and several close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.
A Gathering for family and friends will be held from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 13, 2017 at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 South Diamond Street, Mansfield. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of North Central Ohio.
