Melinda Sue Oney

Melinda was born on August 16, 1967 in Mansfield, Ohio. She was the daughter of Albert Sexton and Lula Jane (Stephens) Sexton. Loving, proud, and devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt, Melinda dearly loved and appreciated her family. Family reunions brought her great joy as she loved seeing her family all together making memories. A woman of faith, Melinda enjoyed attending church. One of her favorite past times was shopping. Melinda also loved her cats.

She is survived by her father; her son, Nathan (Jonise) Oney; her cherished grandchildren, Hunter, Peyton and Tyler; her siblings, Billy (Glenna) Sexton, Samantha Sexton, and Albert Sexton; her nieces, Breanna (Ray) Bellomy and Chassidy Potts; her nephews, Travis (Ashley) Lambert and Billy Sexton Jr.; and her boyfriend, Mike Brown. She was preceded in death by her mother; and her son, Gregory Brown.
