

Mohinder Singh peacefully departed from this world on Monday, February 10, 2025, at the age of 87. Born on January 15, 1938, in Gurdaspur, India, Mohinder dedicated his life to serving others with unwavering commitment and compassion.
Mohinder Singh was a devoted follower of Sikhism, living a life grounded in the values of humility, selflessness, and service to humanity. His early career as a policeman in India reflected his deep sense of duty and commitment to justice. After his retirement, he continued to serve his community with dedication as a social worker, always striving to help those in need. His legacy of kindness, generosity, and care for others will remain in the hearts of all who knew him.
He is dearly loved and survived by his wife, Surinder Kaur; his children: Rajinder Singh Mangat (son), Kiranbir Kaur (daughter-in-law), Harinder Singh Mangat (son), Amanpreet Bath (daughter-in-law), Jagdish Kaur (daughter), Dhanwinder Singh (son-in-law), Kuldip Kaur (daughter); grandsons-in-law: Siddhant Swain, Jacob Perry, and Vipandeep Singh Sandhu; and his grandchildren: Damanpreet Kaur, Navi Riar, Arshdeep Kaur, Gurtej Singh, Anureet Kaur, Jasleen Kaur, Manureet Kaur, Vishwasjit Singh, Ashlyn Riar, and Aviraj Riar.
In his passing, Mohinder leaves behind a legacy of love, service, and devotion. His soul has returned to the eternal light of Waheguru, and we take comfort knowing that his journey continues in the divine presence.
The family will host a memorial service at 1327 Ashland Road, Mansfield, OH on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at 8:00 AM, followed by a time of prayers at 9:00 AM. Wappner Funeral Directors-Mansfield is honored to serve the family during this time of loss.
