

Nancy was a 1975 graduate of Lucas High School. She loved and respected the outdoors, spending as much time as she could in nature made her happy. Nancy had a great love of horses and had received many awards barrel racing at American Quarter Horse Congress. She loved her home in Colorado. Nancy enjoyed hunting, skiing, mountain biking, and farming as she raised cattle, goats and chickens. Nancy also loved cars especially her dually pick-up. She had a great love for her "fur" children, her dogs, Kelsie and Gracie and her cat, Wish.
Nancy will be greatly missed by those that survive her, her husband of 20 years, Fred Fawley of Perrysville; daughters, Stacey (Mike) Valo, and Lindsay (Jon) Maupin both of Columbus; a granddaughter, Wynona Maupin; sister, Patti (Nick) Patrick of Marco Island, Florida; sister-in-law, Sherry Fanello of Lucas; nieces and nephews, Matt (Cynthia) Patrick and their children, Addlyn and Ashtyn of Mansfield, Lisa (Chris) Parker and their children, Emilee, Ryan and Allie of Lexington, Kris (Candiss) Patrick and their children, Preston and Sebastian of Mansfield, John (Carrie) Fanello and their children, Andrew and Anthony of Lucas, Jeff (Traci) Fanello and their children, Tori and Paige of Lucas, and Steven (Aubrey) Fanello and their children, Adriana, Dominic and Alexander of Lucas; mother-in-law, Diane Fawley of Bucyrus; sisters-in-law, Lori (Brian) Rowe of Tiffin, and Lisa (Ron) Bores of Bucyrus; brothers-in-law, Ken Fawley of Philadelphia, PA, Marty (Shirley) Fawley of Grove City, and Val Fawley of Catawba Island; many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Michael Fanello; grandparents, Joe and Mary Fanello and Joseph and Catherine Fama; and father-in-law, Robert William Fawley.
The family will receive friends from 4-8pm on Monday, December 4, 2017 at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lexington Springmill Road. Pastor Harry Strachan will officiate the funeral service at 10:30am on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in the memory of Nancy and her love of the outdoors to the Ohio Bird Sanctuary, 3774 Oreweiler Road Mansfield, OH 44903.
