Noel Harmony

Noel H. Harmony, age 59, peacefully passed away at home on Saturday, April 24, 2010 after a five month illness. He was born April 7, 1951 in Mansfield to the late Robert William and Mabel Griffin Harmony. He was a subcontractor for Comcast and RCH Cable traveling the east coast. Noel adored and cherished his daughters and enjoyed being an entertaining host to his family and friends. His comedic nature made everyone feel comfortable. He relaxed by going fishing, playing golf, darts, pool, gardening, and cooking.

He is survived by two daughters, Lisa Fred Cains of Reno, NV and Abigale Harmony of Mansfield; a step daughter, Kalee Burrell of Mansfield; two granddaughters, Angela Snyder and Brandy Cains; two grandsons, Cody and Zachary Cains, all of Reno; one great grandchild Cohen, also of Reno; two sisters, Betty Sims of Tampa, FL and Sherry Bill Robinson of Willard, OH; a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives who enjoyed spending time with him; Rachel Harmony, mother of Kalee and Abigale of Mansfield, Ohio; and many, many friends. Noel was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 29, 2010 at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond St., Mansfield conducted by Rev. Daniel Brooks. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Mansfield Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Stein Hospice.
