Norma L. Nelson, 79, died Friday, October 19, 2007, at MedCentral Shelby. Born July 26, 1928, in Richland County, Ohio, she was the daughter of Walter and Vivian Moore Dickerson. Mrs. Nelson was a homemaker.
Surviving are a daughter, Mary David Jones of Crestline; a son, John W. Pat Castor of Jonesboro, TN; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; a sister, Janice Ivy of Mansfield; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Nelson; her parents; three daughters, Bonnie Leo, Ruth Manley and Pat Manley; a brother, Robert Dickerson; and a sister, Ethel Kennard.
Graveside Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, October 23, 2007, at Mansfield Cemetery conducted by Rev. Bruce Copley. The Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is handling arrangements.
