Born July 19, 1935 in Mansfield, she was the daughter of Raymond and Margaret (Marshall) Neff. She retired from Westinghouse and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by a daughter, Brenda (David) Roush of Mansfield; a son, Marc Hess of Mansfield; nine grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild; a brother, Gary Neff of Mansfield; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dairol Lee Hess; a daughter, Torey Sipe; a son, Richard Hess; and a grandson, Connor Goad.
Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in Mansfield Memorial Park. Wappner Funeral Directors is privileged to serve the family of Patricia Ann Hess.
