

Paula was born on February 6, 1957, in Jefferson City, Missouri, to John and Helen (Murphy) Kennedy. She grew up in Mansfield, where she attended St. Peter’s Church.
Paula was known for her warmth, creativity, and generous spirit. She was a talented baker and an exceptional cook who delighted family and friends with her homemade treats and hearty meals. She enjoyed making crafts and scrapbooks, creating countless keepsakes that captured treasured memories. Paula also enjoyed card games with friends and family.
More than anything, Paula cherished her family—especially her grandchildren, who were the light of her life. She loved spending time with her “little ones,” sharing laughter, stories, and unconditional love.
She will be remembered for her kindness, her gentle heart, and the joy she brought to everyone who knew her.
Paula is survived by her husband, Donald Skaggs; children, Matthew (Tonya) Zinn, Amber (Andrew) Dials, Travis (Alisha Likes) Townsend, Kyle Skaggs, Kelsey Skaggs (Travis Litteral); brother, Michael Kennedy; grandchildren, Corey Zinn, Jessica Zinn, Conner Dials, Gage Skaggs, Kyler Skaggs, Alleia Skaggs, Lorain Skaggs, Robert Skaggs, Jackson Skaggs, Alexis Litteral, Layla Litteral; and many cherished family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Patty Kennedy.
In accordance with her wishes, there will be no services.
