Penny Louise Daisy, 71, of Mansfield, passed away early Saturday morning, January 2, 2021, at Oak Grove Manor. She was born January 16, 1949, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to the late Samuel and Mary Lou (Schrader) Baxter.
She worked at IREX in Pennsylvania and then worked as a paralegal at Piffer and Reese. Penny was very giving of her time and volunteered at the Office of Aging in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and at the American Lung Association. She found great joy in helping others and was a member of Ontario Christian Church. She adored her nieces and nephews.
Penny is survived by two sons, Charles (Kathy) Daisy of Landisville, PA and Matthew (Bonnie) Daisy of Ephrata, PA; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a brother, David (Bert) Baxter of Newburgh, IN; a sister, Deloris (Joe) Clark of Mansfield; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Sandi Rude.
There will be no service or visitation observed. The family will hold a celebration of life at a future date. The Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is honored to serve the family.
