Ralph Webb

Ralph H. Webb, age 84, of Mansfield, died Saturday afternoon January 3, 2004 in MedCentral Mansfield Hospital following a brief illness. He was born November 19, 1919 in Wayne County, W. Va. to Converse and Lona Bartram Webb living in the Mansfield area since 1949. Ralph had retired from the Erie Railroad after thirty years of service.

Surviving are a step mother, Inez Webb of Seville, Ohio; sister, Eloise Crabtree of Ft. Gay, W. Va.; two nieces and spouses, Linda and Tom Kearns and Doris and Tom Smith all of Mansfield; a nephew John and Carol Crabtree of Ft. Gay, W.Va.; two step sons and daughters-in-law, Glenn and Joyce Robertson of Fredericktown and Frank and Gay Robertson of Mansfield; two step daughters-in-law, JoAnn Robertson who was very special to him and Barbara Robertson both of Mansfield; twenty 'one step grandchildren and several step great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Maysie Thompson Robertson Webb; his parents; a step daughter, Maryetta Davis; two step sons, James and Elmer Ray Robertson and a brother, John C. Webb.

Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors on Tuesday January 6, 2004 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, January 7, 2004 at 1:00 pm in the funeral home by Rev. Earl Tackett. Burial will be in Oak Grove Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to Dean Rd. Freewill Baptist Church.
