

Ricky played football, basketball, baseball and track at Lucas High School. He attended Walsh College where he was a pole vaulter. An avid sports fan, he loved watching and playing any kind of sports. He enjoyed following the Tribe, Buckeyes, Cavs and Browns. He also enjoyed boating and water skiing. He was a estimator/project manager at numerous glass companies in Columbus and Mansfield. Ricky had made many friends through the years and will be missed by all his family and friends, especially by his daughter, Madison and her friends.
He is survived by his daughter and the love of his life, Madison Hardin; his parents, Edward and Carol Hardin; sister, Robin (Eddie) Voytko; nephews, Jordan (Elizabeth) Voytko and Andre Voytko (fianceé, Maggie Bolin); special aunt, Janet Hestermann; uncles, James (Carolyn) Hardin and William (April) Hardin; aunt, Mary Ann (Leonard) Free; and numerous cousins.
He was preceded in death by two uncles, Donavon Pore and his wife, Mary Kay and Duane Pore; and the mother of his daughter, Eileen Mary Deehan.
A gathering for family and friends will be held on Sunday, August 5, 2018 from 1:00-4:00 p.m. at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond Street, Mansfield where a memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. conducted by Pastor Eric Steward. Memorial contributions may be made to the family for his daughter, Madison's education fund. Monetary donations can be directly made to Madison Hardin education fund at Key Bank.
