

Robert Harlan Ohl, Sr., 61, of Lexington, died Monday afternoon, June 6, 2005, at MedCentral Mansfield Hospital. Born January 18, 1944, in Mansfield, he was the son of Irwyn Elmer and Anna Isabelle Whittmore Ohl. He was self-employed as a builder and developer and was a member of BIA Building Association. Mr. Ohl was a member of Mansfield Baptist Temple. An avid golfer, he was also a member of the Moose Lodge.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Rita Eulett Ohl; children and their spouses, Julie and Randy Hyatt of Boise, Id., Robert and Sonya Ohl, Jr. of Ontario, Rodney and Tammy Ohl of Ashland, Jonathan Ohl of Columbus, Matthew Ohl of Lexington, Talie Smith of Mansfield; father, Irwyn Elmer Ohl of Mansfield; sixteen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; stepdaughters and their spouses, Rachel and Andrew Booth of Mansfield and Robin Roseberry of Lancaster; brother and sister-in-law, Edward and Janet Ohl of Mansfield; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Shirley and Ron Barry, and Marilyn and Gilbert Boals, all of Mansfield, Doris and Bob Mutcher of Findlay; and two cousins with whom he was raised, Donnie and Donna Phillips. He was preceded in death by his mother, Anna Isabelle Ohl.
Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, Thursday, June 9, from 6-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home, officiated by Pastor Joe Schag.
