Sandra ''Sandy'' Osborne

Sandra 'Sandy' Lynn Osborne, 62, of 1115 Walcrest Drive died Wednesday morning, April 2, 2003 at MedCentral Mansfield after an unexpected illness. Mrs. Osborne was born January 8, 1941 in Mansfield, Ohio living in the area all of her life. She was employed with Ontario Schools where she worked in the cafeteria. Sandra graduated from Mansfield Senior High School and was a member of AmVets Auxiliary #26 and the Ontario VFW. She was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, friend and neighbor.

She is survived by her husband, Donald J. Osborne; mother, Ima Cox Snyder; two daughters and sons-in-law, April & Tom Bruzda and Jan & Alan Dinger, all of Mansfield; four grandchildren, Eric and Tyler Bruzda and Dustin and Emily Dinger; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Linda Theran & Ron Blankenship of Lexington and Susan Groscost of Mansfield; a brother, James Snyder of Mansfield; and four nieces, Denise, Angie, Summer and Autumn. She was preceded in death by her father, Lowell Snyder.

Friends may call at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors Friday from 5-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home conducted by Dr. Wray C. Smith and Pastor Mike Weaver. Burial will follow at Ontario Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Sad Sacks Nursing Scholarship Fund.
